Billionaire Jeff Bezos has sold another $2 billion in Inc. shares, bringing his total in stock sales this month to about $6 billion.

According to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Thursday, the Amazon

founder and executive chairman sold about 12 million Amazon shares on Tuesday and Wednesday, at prices ranging from $166.50 to $170.92 a share.

He’s sold about 36 million shares so far — roughly 12 million in each tranche.

Bezos still owns about $166 billion in Amazon stock, and is closing in on Tesla Inc.

CEO Elon Musk as the world’s wealthiest individual. As of Thursday, Bezos has a fortune worth about $194 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaire’s Index, second only to Musk, who’s at $214 billion.
