A person has been taken to intensive care after he was discovered within the undercarriage of a airplane that flew from Algeria to France, French authorities stated.

The person was discovered within the touchdown gear compartment by workers after it had flown a two-and-a-half-hour flight from Oran to Paris’s Orly airport.

An airport supply informed AFP information company he was affected by extreme hypothermia when he was discovered.

He was not carrying any ID, prosecutors stated, so his age is unclear.

He was transported to Henri-Mondor hospital in Créteil, the native prosecutor’s workplace stated.
